1. Duration of warranty
Our products are made with care but nevertheless they remain human-made with natural materials. The duration of the guarantee is reasonable. On top of the legal guarantee we give extra guarantee, to be read in article 15 of the conditions.

What the warranty coversThe warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials. This means that if the product does not function as expected due to a problem arising during the production process, we will replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:- Normal wear and tear- Improper use of the materials. A drum does not like warming up too quickly near a fire, radiator or in the sun. The skin shrinks too quickly and the frame can break. Never leave your drum in direct sunlight or, for example, in a hot car. A frame has a layer of glue and contact with water makes that glue layer porous. For example when dismantling a drum, take care that the frame does not get wet. Another example of improper use of materials is soaking the skin for too long. The longer you soak the skin, the more porous the hair follicles become, which can cause hairs to loosen. Soaking for too long will also cause the skin to smell. Once the skin has dried, the air is gone too.

3. Warranty Procedure
If you experience a problem with your product, please contact our customer service via whatsappbuttom. Please provide the following information:
– Your name and contact information
– Order number and purchase date
– Description of the problem
– Pictures of the defect (if possible)

4. Repair, replacement and refund
Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will evaluate the problem and decide whether to repair, replace or refund the product. We aim to process warranty claims within 5 business days.

5. Cost
If the defect is under warranty, we will cover the cost of repair, replacement and shipping. If the product is not under warranty, we will inform you of any charges before taking further action.
