1. Duration of warranty
Our products are made with care but nevertheless they remain human-made with natural materials. The duration of the guarantee is reasonable. On top of the legal guarantee we give extra guarantee, to be read in article 15 of the conditions.

2. Wat de garantie dekt
De garantie dekt fabricagefouten en defecten in materialen. Dit betekent dat als het product niet functioneert zoals verwacht door een probleem dat is ontstaan tijdens het productieproces, wij dit kosteloos zullen vervangen. De garantie dekt geen schade veroorzaakt door:
– Normale slijtage
– Onjuist gebruik van de materialen. Een drum houdt niet van te snel opwarmen bij een vuurtje, radiator of de zon. De huid krimpt dan te snel en het frame kan breken. Leg je drum nooit in direct zonlicht of bijvoorbeeld in een hete auto. Een frame heeft een lijmlaag en in contact met water wordt die lijmlaag poreus. Bijvoorbeeld het demonteren van een drum, let goed op dat het frame niet nat wordt. Een ander voorbeeld van onjuist gebruik van materialen is de huid te lang laten weken. Hoe langer je de huid weekt, des te poreuzer de haarvaten worden en dat er haren los kunnen laten. Ook bij te lang weken gaat de huid ruiken. Als de huid eenmaal gedroogd is, dan is lucht ook weg.

3. Warranty Procedure

– Your name and contact information
– Order number and purchase date
– Description of the problem
– Pictures of the defect (if possible)

4. Repair, replacement and refund
Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will evaluate the problem and decide whether to repair, replace or refund the product. We aim to process warranty claims within 5 business days.

5. Cost
If the defect is under warranty, we will cover the cost of repair, replacement and shipping. If the product is not under warranty, we will inform you of any charges before taking further action.
