Smudges

Smudges Smudges are an essential part of many shamanic rituals, in which the cleansing and purification of spaces, objects, and people play a central role. When used in the process of making a shamanic drum, smudges can help create a sacred and energetically pure environment.

Using smudges during the creation of a shamanic drum can support attunement to the spiritual world, strengthen intentions, and help establish a sacred space.

It is important to treat smudges with respect and to use them in a conscious and ceremonial way, in alignment with the traditions and beliefs of shamanism.
