1. Duration of warranty
Our products are made with care but nevertheless they remain human-made with natural materials. The duration of the guarantee is reasonable. On top of the legal guarantee we give extra guarantee, to be read in article 15 of the conditions.
2. What the warranty covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials. This means that if the product does not function as expected due to a problem that occurred during the manufacturing process, we will replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
– Normal wear and tear
– Improper use of the materials. For example, when preparing to make the drum, putting the frame in the sun or in water. Or leaving the drum in a hot car.
– Making changes to the product.
3. Warranty Procedure
If you experience a problem with your product, please contact our customer service via whatsappbuttom. Please provide the following information:
– Your name and contact information
– Order number and purchase date
– Description of the problem
– Pictures of the defect (if possible)
4. Repair, replacement and refund
Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will evaluate the problem and decide whether to repair, replace or refund the product. We aim to process warranty claims within 5 business days.
5. Cost
If the defect is under warranty, we will cover the cost of repair, replacement and shipping. If the product is not under warranty, we will inform you of any charges before taking further action.
