1. Shipping methods and costs
We ship with DPD to all European countries. Varying in price from € 6.50 to € 25.00.
These amounts can be seen in the ordering process.

It is a conscious decision to charge shipping costs and not include them in the product cost.

2. Delivery times
Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In the Netherlands the delivery time is about 2 weekdays. In the rest of Europe 3-5 working days.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

4. Tracking and delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow the package. If you are not at home when it is delivered, the carrier will leave a message with further instructions. The package will be delivered to your home twice.

5. Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Follow the steps below to request a return or exchange:
1. Contact us via the Whatsappbuttom on the site (email or whatsapp) to register the return.
2. Pack the product securely and include the order number.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process your refund or send you the replacement product. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt and this was communicated at the start of the return process, see warranty.
